Mr. Langevin is a Senior Associate in Ä¢¹½tv's Construction Consulting Practice, supporting owners and contractors on capital programs across the utilities, energy, and industrial sectors. His work focuses on project planning and controls, cost and schedule management, forecasting, performance measurement, and digital enablement. He applies a technical engineering background and advanced analytics to automate and standardize project controls processes using VBA development, Power BI reporting, and Enterprise AI tools; which improves data reliability, reporting efficiency, and decision‑making for program and business leaders.
At Ä¢¹½tv, Mr. Langevin supports a large U.S. utility capital program and leads day‑to‑day delivery for a multidisciplinary team. He develops integrated cost and schedule reporting, establishes KPI definitions and governance to align performance metrics across stakeholders, and performs variance, trend, and forecast analyses to improve predictability and insight into program performance. Prior to joining Ä¢¹½tv, Mr. Langevin served as a field engineer for a global EPC contractor on multiple greenfield LNG peak‑shaver facilities with contract values ranging from approximately $85 million to $370 million. From front‑end planning through commissioning and turnover, he supported field execution and project management by coordinating cross‑functional teams, tracking installed quantities and progress, and supporting schedule, cost, and change management. He also developed Power BI dashboards to support field execution and project management coordination, improving visibility into production status, constraints, and emerging risks. His experience includes estimating, procurement coordination, and project controls practices applied to large‑scale construction.
Mr. Langevin holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the Engineer in Training (FE — Civil) credential.
