Ms. Farooqi is an Associate in Ä¢¹½tv's Construction Consulting Practice with a diverse background spanning dispute resolution, project management, and engineering design. She has contributed to a wide range of projects, including education facilities, commercial greenhouses, warehouse storage facilities, and residential buildings. Her experience encompasses critical path schedule analysis, preparation of technical reports, soliciting of subcontractor bids and contracts, and execution of engineering design calculations.

Prior to joining Ä¢¹½tv, Ms. Farooqi worked in construction risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and litigation support in Chicago. She supported a wide range of projects involving cost and schedule delays, examining issues such as lost productivity, design changes, and construction disruption. Her responsibilities included assisting with drafting expert witness reports, conducting contemporaneous document reviews, and analyzing cost and schedule factors contributing to project delay. Through her focused work in delay and quantum analysis, Ms. Farooqi consistently supported clients inachieving favorable outcomes in construction dispute matters. Ms. Farooqi has also completed summer internships during her studies that developed her skills in engineering design and project management.

Ms. Farooqi earned a M.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She also holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, with concentrations in both Construction Management and Structural Engineering.
