
The Office of the Bursar and Cashier provides centralized student account and payment services for Ä¢¹½tv. Our team assists students with tuition and fee billing, payments, payment plans, refunds, third-party billing, account holds, and other student account-related services.
The Bursar and Cashier functions are now conveniently located together in Cook Administration Building, Room 212, providing students with one location for assistance with their student account and payment needs.
Review your student account regularly to monitor your balance, financial aid, and payment activity. Students are responsible for ensuring that an approved payment arrangement is in place by the applicable deadline.

Important Financial Aid Reminder: Students should regularly monitor their financial aid and student account for updates. Changes to enrollment or financial aid may affect the amount of aid available to cover your balance.

Students with an outstanding balance greater than $1,500 are subject to a financial hold that prevents registration for future coursework.
Students should resolve outstanding balances or establish an approved payment arrangement as early as possible to avoid registration delays.

Accounts without confirmed financial aid, an approved payment plan, or another verified payment source may be assessed a 1.5% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance.
