When am I eligible for a refund?

A refund may be generated when payments, financial aid, scholarships, or other credits posted to your student account exceed your eligible charges, resulting in a credit balance.

Having financial aid listed on your account does not necessarily mean that a refund is immediately available. Aid must be eligible for disbursement and posted to your student account before a financial aid credit balance can be refunded.

 

Fall 2026 Financial Aid Refund Information

Financial aid refunds are issued after eligible financial aid has been authorized and disbursed to the student's account, resulting in a credit balance. The timing of a student's refund depends on the type of aid received, enrollment status, completion of all financial aid requirements, and the date the credit balance is created.

Important: Refund timing may vary based on enrollment status, financial aid eligibility, and completion of financial aid requirements.

 

Refund Processing

蘑菇tv generally processes eligible student refunds on Fridays. Refund information and funds are subsequently transmitted to BankMobile for distribution according to the student's selected refund preference.

The date a refund is processed on your 蘑菇tv student account is not necessarily the date the funds will be available in your bank account.

 

Select Your Refund Preference

Students must establish a refund preference with BankMobile before receiving a refund. You only need to establish your preference once; however, you are responsible for updating your information if your banking information or preferred refund method changes.

Note: You only need to establish your BankMobile refund preference once. If your banking information or preferred refund method changes, you are responsible for updating your information in BankMobile.

 

Fall 2026 Refund Processing Schedule

The Refund Process Date is the date the refund transaction is processed on your 蘑菇tv student account. It is not necessarily the date funds will be available through your selected BankMobile refund preference.

Please allow additional processing time for BankMobile and, when applicable, your financial institution to complete the deposit. Estimated deposit dates are provided for informational purposes only and may vary based on your selected refund preference and your financial institution's processing schedule.

Student refunds are not available for pickup. Refunds are distributed through BankMobile according to the student's selected refund preference.
